Schedule your microneedling appointment at least one week before an event. Redness, swelling and peeling may be apparent in that time period.
Pause Active Ingredients: Discontinue the use of Retinoids (Vitamin A), strong exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), Accutane and Benzoyl Peroxide at least 3 to 5 days before your appointment.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for 2 weeks prior to treatment. We cannot perform microneedling on sun-damaged or sunburnt skin.
Let your provider know if you have a history of cold sores. An antiviral may be prescribed.
You may not have an active rash or infection in the area being treated.
You’ll need to avoid waxing for one week before microneedling treatment.

3. Integraded Peeling: While the micro-channels are still active, we apply a targeted peel. These effects are temporary and will naturally improve within 48 hours, though full recovery may take a little longer. Proper aftercare is crucial to minimize the risk of complications, enhance your comfort and healing, and achieve the best results from your treatment.

What to do and not to do

Avoid perfumes, fake tan, and harsh chemicals for 72 hours post-treatment.
Avoid makeup for 24 hours to reduce infection risk.
Do not rub or pick the treated area.
Avoid exfoliating products for 72 hours.
Avoid products with AHAs, retinol, or glycolic acid for at least 7 days.
Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, sunbeds, and heat exposure for 72 hours.
If exposed to the sun, use broad spectrum SPF 30+ and reapply every two hours
Avoid cosmetic treatments (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) for 2 weeks or consult your practitioner.
Avoid hair removal treatments (e.g., waxing) for 2 weeks or until redness/swelling subsides.
Seek medical attention if you experience signs of infection (e.g., red, shiny skin, pus, fever).
